Community Read 2010

Posted on Tuesday, June 8th, 2010

The Neighborhood Library Association proudly presents the first annual Community Read!

What is a Community Read?

Simply put, it is one book uniting five communities through reading, discussion and learning.

Our goal is to bring together our respective communities through the shared experience of reading a selected title. That means, you, your neighbors, friends, co-workers, book clubs, and anyone else in your community who enjoys a good story.

This year’s selected title is the highly acclaimed, Annie’s Ghosts by Steve Luxenberg.

Pick up a copy of the book at your neighborhood library starting August 16 and mark your calendar for some of the great book-related events coming this fall, including book discussions and visit by the author!
